Does my state accept FirefighterCE courses?
Our courses are accepted in Texas and by most other states. Due to the dynamic nature of changes in individual state regulations it is best to verify with your state to make sure that they will accept our continuing education courses.

How much does it cost?
Two-Year Unlimited Program (Most Popular)
This package gives you unlimited access to all of the online courses in our library for a full two years for only $100.00.

One-Year Unlimited Program
This package gives you unlimited access to all of the online courses in our library for one year for only $60.00.

Per Hour Program
This program is designed for members that only need a few hours. Our rate is $5.00 per hour and they are issued in 5 hour blocks.

How long does it take to complete an article?
Most articles are worth 2 CE credit hours or units. Some articles are worth only 1 hour and some are worth 3 hours. The amount of credit issued is equal to the amount of time it should take you to read and study the article, pass the exam, review the exam and submit the evaluation.

Does FirefighterCE send my certificates to the state?
No. Most states require that you submit an application for renewal and require your signature certifying that you do in fact have proof of CE documentation.

Can I advance to a higher level using FirefighterCE?
No. The use of this program is intended for continuing education only. They are designed to benefit only those professionals who already possess certification or licensure as a firefighting professional.

Why does my account show expired after taking the first exam?
We activate accounts immediately with 2 credit hours. It takes us about 15 minutes during normal business hours (M-F 8AM-10PM CST) to activate account to the unlimited program. After business hours we activate accounts usually every hour and at least twice a day on the weekends.

Does FirefighterCE send me a certificate?
No. You will receive your certificate via your online history file. The certificates are stored online so you will have access to printing a copy anytime you need to.

When will I receive my certificate?
You receive each certificate immediately after successfully completing each exam. You may print it anytime from your history file.

Can I stop during a test?
You may stop and leave the program at anytime. Your score for the exam will not be logged until you click on the grade exam button.

What if I fail a test?
You can review the material and re-take the exam after a 24 hour waiting period.

What if I decide I do not like the course material?
No problem, our promise to our members has been the same since our first day. Your satisfaction is guaranteed…and that’s that.
